Easy Returns, Happy Vibes!
For Those “Change of Heart” Moments 

We get it, sometimes things just don’t click. If, within one month of receiving your shiny new product, you’re feeling a bit “buyer’s remorse,” we’ve got your back! Just give us a heads up, and you can return the item for a partial refund. Of course, we wish we could cover all the costs, but you’ll handle the round-trip freight, and we’ll deduct a modest 12% restocking fee. Once we receive the package and confirm everything’s in good shape, we’ll process that refund for you.

Oh No! Product Faults?

If your product is doing some unexpected gymnastics, no worries! Snap some clear photos or videos showing the quirks, and once we confirm the issue, you’ve got options. You can send it back for a fresh, new replacement, or if you’d rather part ways, we’ll happily give you a full refund. You cover the return shipping, but the reshipping is on us. We’ll kickstart the refund or send out the replacement as soon as we have the complete original package in our hands, making sure no man-made shenanigans happened to the product.
